They gave me new I.D. number and you must give new password, a big,more secure password. It gives you an indicator on what is acceptable. I.D. no is bigger for more people logging on hence longer password.
I received emails from comsec asking if it was I who changed password with new I.D. to just double check and confirm my new account.
When you submitted old password first it may have put spanner in the works.
All else fails, phone call tomorrow to comsec.
Looks like an up day tomorrow,so one thing in our favour while we learn.
