My 2cents worth. IMO. If I was management. CR will be as late as possible to incorporate as much news regarding the current PB 4 wells in late december. Inclusive of PB valuation would be even better. Selling of premium PB acreage is also dependant on well flow rates to get a great valuation. could be an option but most unlikely if these wells produce a massive result. Debt funding would be great but as mentioned may be hard to get. Maybe CR announcement will be after the 2nd well flow rate results. There should be an update late in the week.
