Good words Miike although I think neemsa is demo trading live.

neemsa..I have posted this link a few times before when this question gets asked.
Simply because it is the best site at answering all the questions any one interested in fx may have and there is a forum also to share ideas and ask questions if required. It has reviews on just about every forex provider there is and well worth spending a few hours reviewing.
As you will see some people have great experiences with one provider whilst others have a terrible time with the same provider. It however gives an assessment and overall rating so worth having a browse imo.

One small piece of advice...demo accounts are given freely to get you to trade with them on a live basis. Demo accounts are usually easier to profit on for that very reason however discipline and as Miike says trading micros ie $1.00 per pip is a great way to start without risking too much capital. Beware the bucket shops and those that want minimum $5k-$10k investment upfront. There is no need to do that. Check out how safe your funds are and ease of access to withdraw. Are you trading just fx or do you want cfd trading capabilities through the same provider etc
