Allowing the removal of undergrowth and cutting back the forest to a fair distance from the property would be agood start.
Unfortunately tree hugger wont agree......whats more imprortant.....life and property or a few native brushes?
Firefighters should be the ones who make decisions on growth (forest) etc and not Greenies and conservationists.
Thats where it all falls down.....the worng people making the wrondg decisions.
Leave it up to the CFA to tell people what neds to be done to prevent another one of these episodes.
Anyway such a tragedy.
