    you can't stop a firestorm like that 46 degrees and gale force winds, that's a very naive and simplistic view that all people can just choose to live elsewhere, very disappointing. Some people can't afford insurance either, little wonder they took risks to defend their homes. It's all very sad.

    I am sure people will give generously.
