    You strike a chord with me macrae.

    If ever a man inspired the 'wine revolution', it would be the good Len Evans. Unfortunately never met him...had the opportunity, but bit younger then and didn't realise him for what he was, kicking myself ever since. He runs (in spirit now) a program where they offer one person annually the opportunity to taste Chateus and Aust wines, and run a tutorial with James and Brian, trying to get a gig myself but haven't got a look in there yet.

    Would love to know the titles of some of those books, sounds like you have a few treasures there.

    Interesting you mentioned Happs and Clairault, they were the 2nd wave wineries obviously, maybe that says a bit about you. When most people reminisce, they say Cullen, Moss, Vasse and Cape! Anyhows enjoy your wine and let me know how Jacksons was..
