Need some technical expertise to understand this.
Listed 4 years, suspended last 7 months
Only 63m shares plus some oppies
Last traded 22.5c but prob averaged 15c over previous 3m
Market down materially whilst they were suspended.
Relist tomoro seem tightly held.
Just announced the following in the last week:
JORC resource 7.25m/t @ 1.7%
Acquisition of Hambok Cu/Zn deposit in Eritrea from NGEX
for 50m shares in NCO and $7.5m on commencement of commercial mining.
Doing some digging shows NGEX is part of very successful Lundin group. The reason for the sale is that they are focussed on S.American operations
Hambok has a N43-101 (JORC compliant?) resource (inferred)
on 550m lbs Cu and 1.2bn lbs Zn
Can anyone guesstimate the value of the shares on relisting. A 10c range would be ok.
Any help/explanation is greatly appreciated
