help !! if a broker sells your shares???

If a broker sells your shares without you asking him to what can you do about it?

Say if you put in a sell order @ 5c but he takes them off and sells @ 4c, and the shares are currently trading @ 4.5c.

What are your options?

I have only recieved a sorry so far.
