Simple. Do the opposite to what your doing :)
Seriously, stops are hard to master but they are used for a reason. I am scared that you say you have a high success rate but don't use stops..
When you did have a loss, how big was it???
Distance for stops will depend on timeframe your trading etc. And risk amts.
