Why would you want Kerry to buy?
SWM create a lot of high quality content that they can sell and others can't easily replicate this. The content may be delivered over the internet in the future but people will still be paying a good price for high quality content like SWM's.
Seriously, if stokes gets away with buying the company out now he would be robbing shareholders blind. Seriously, look at the value currently offered since the capital raising (assuming their profit stays where it is).

My major concern about SWM is that K stokes will buy out SWM for a ridiculously low price and I'll lose money that way.. not that he won't buy it out.
