I don't know when they expire?

You've been getting a lot of investment advice from the cheer squad and you might want to consider their track record before taking it. Looking at the company's announcements (the real ones, not the letters to shareholders) there must be a possibility that some of the current BoD are going to lose their jobs or their liberty. There is also the very real possibility of a general stockmarket implosion any day. And the shareholders have just voted to take the company off the ASX, perhaps merely forestalling the ASX saving the company the trouble. Whatever the cheer squad says, delisting is a disaster for the value of shares.

All that seems to be standing between ISX and delisting is the court action against ASX. I don't know what their chances are, but an ISX win is predicated on the ASX having behaved pretty outrageously. Read the announcements a second time and decide which of the parties sounds more credible. That's probably your answer.

I don't envy you the decision.

    The Broadly Unwashed.
