    I'm not hadas, but they are saying the end dilution factor is 282. You said you started with 1000000 shares. If you divide this by 282, you end up with 3546. This is very close to the number you quoted as showing remaining I think?

    The variance is probably rounding through each consolidation. Looks like you might have even come out ahead!
