Rather than count I prefer existing MYX shareholders talk to friends and acquiantenances and see if they own MYX shares and encourage them to look at the takeover offer and then vote.
Continuing to get the message out at this stage is crucial, really crucial.
As an example I did and surprisingly I found 5 other MYX shareholders who are now considering which way to vote. I know this works.
