If Cosette have A LOT OF PRODUCTS and are only getting MYX to deal with the dermatology products, they will be wanting to buy it because they can use the sales system and the salesforce to market their other valuable products. MYX will have paid the $50M plus in setting up the infrastructure to the point of break even and then OBrien gives it away. OBrien (the MD) looks like a well dressed crook, a mr no personality accountant, who couldnt sell anything or achieve anything in his life. A lot of people get to the top but its not on previous achievements or good results. They manouvre around and get positions where things were always going to improve etc or things happen despite their existence. I think this guy is one of them. Id say he is near retirement and will end up with a golden handshake from Cosette. Hes just put $300,000,000 million minimum in their pockets. Its an obvious BS price. You dont have to have any financial skills to see that - you just need a pulse. Look at the way Trump is coming out with announcements on issues that matter, every day. This guy was never heard from, except the formal meetings and a couple of presentations. I would have held meetings for shareholders and made them interesting by sharing the actual details of what is going on in the business so we get to know the business very well. They only share stuff with a few big noters at expensive lunches (paid for by others).
