Think buyer been in negotiation with management some time maybe as long as current management been in control . Everything O'Brien mentioned he and team patted themselves on the back for seems for Cosette's benefit + helping driving share value down keeping a lid on them clearly benefiting buyer . O'Brian self - congratulated himself and his team for achieving what for us ? buyer yes but not us knowing full well many shareholders supported company for a long time still holding in the hope of recovering their loses hanging in there only to find MYX been sold as an out of favor 8+ loss making company and to top it off before an anticipated impressive earnings result . Sold us out alright for way under what we would have been worth as a profitable company within 2 years . Hopefully this shonky deal falls over .
