If the company goes into administration Then all assets will be sold of and then all outstandings will be paid off. And I doubt there will be anything left. ASX or court is pretty much limited to what can be done.
Not sure if the money spent can be recoverable. If they were, after such a long suspension they directors will have transferred the funds to friends and bar mates by various ways.
The bst court could do is put the BOD behind bars and ask them to repay but chane are that they will file bankruptcy.
Any way even if there is a surplus with the number of shares you would be lucky if you get enough to buy a burger at the maccas.
