I'm with St george and they financed me on cash flow (I need to put in 25%) but the buy in price is broken into 3 so that the cash flow will pay for the last 2 instalments from me ... therefore I actually only put in 15.5%. living off my share trades for next 12 months
if you want to bring your home into it they should lend you up to 80% they will also offer equipment finance ... balance sheet financing
