I should just add that if it's a 60 - 40% split, as is strongly suggested by the Roadshow presentation of BBG having initially circa 285m shares (GGG 170.5m + AZX 114.5m.)Then that would equate to AZX SH's getting 0.815 BBG shares for every 1 AZX share they own.
