    I am wondering if there is something I am missing?

    Why is this stock trading at such lows?

    Yield of 12.6% now, for what seems like a relatively low risk trust? They own some great pubs with top notch operators.

    There debt level is 54% total with an average hedge of 4.9years?

    I am thinking about buying some more (even though I have no money at the moment) and was just wondering if I have missed something major?


    All help is greatly appreciated.
