    I bet the directors are pockets are no where deep enough to participate in this rights issue as you pointed out.

    Also if JORC comes in the next couple of weeks - it will be before the rights issue completion which still requires shareholder approval in mid may.....

    Options are ridiculous but should not stop a bit of sp appreciation in the short term upon a decent JORC statement
