Thanks Vayama for the spreadsheet in your post. It was very informative.

I called the company yesterday and basically got the same response you did being that was the advice they were given.

What I am trying to fathom is who would have had the most to lose among seed capitalists or other, and how much in dollars, should the prposed capital raising not have been recommended or an option and the JORC is not what is expected.

Obviously me being part of the on market 20% I could lose, worst case scenario, my investment at.324 average.

Possibly I can't see the obvious - emotions ruling.
