My son got us on to ADSL and until recently I would have preferred my old dial up, quicker at loading pages. I would never go back to having my phone line tied up though so I perservered and eventually a fault was found in a Telstra cache engine (?) and I am now happy with ADSL. The point is, no matter which provider you use, you are at the mercy of TLS. We are now saving heaps. He has cancelled his line, we are using the one account and saving heaps on dial up charges.
