To date there is no grand plan evident apart from them hiring a firm of litigation lawyers. If that's their only plan atm then their future remains highly speculative and subjective in regards to any successful litigation against Murchison, who have vowed to defend themselves vigorously against any claims made by CHM.
They (CHM) only have about $2m in the bank so if it goes ahead it would not want to be any long drawn out ligitgation ( as these cases can be) because at the rate barristers chew up money it wouldn't last long. Murchison are well aware of CHM's financial position and I'm sure would do their best to draw out any court case as long as it takes to empty the bank account. Cash is not a problem for Murchison.

With the back log in our court system it would be impossible to make a guess if and when any court case would be brought on, and as we know, lawyers take a long time to prepare a case, and in this case it would most likely be complicated.

The fact that there wasn't anything likely to happen in the near future is why I sold out last week taking a 100%+ profit, because a stock can never keep going up at the rate this one was on the back of nothing but market hype and rumours, which have been rife this last couple of weeks, and there just had to be a pull back in price as the euphoria died down. They have over a billion shares on issue with an additional 400k+ of options floating and that is a huge number of shares for a company which atm has absolutely nothing to back their current market cap except hype and rumour.

At this stage it's a wait and see for me and just observe right now, plus, with markets around all time highs it's a very precarious time we're in, especially for highly speculative stocks which are not displaying anything to back up their immediate future. I still haven't changed my view that gold and oil is the real long term place to be for what's ahead of us. As always it's only an opinion. maybe they do have something else in the wind, but who knows, it's all up to each persons risk/reward tolerance and I wish you good luck with it.
