place foil on table,make up garlic butter,crush garlic ,wisk into butter,use heap,gently brush garlic butter over foil,fillet fish,marlin,remove all bones,pour white wine 2 cups into bowl,add black pepper,1 tea spoon balsamic vinegar,1 tea spoon sugar,1/2 lime squeezed into bowl,lay fish in bowl for 30 minutes or until appears fortified[till it looks pissed]lay in foil,add rest of garlic butter over top,and add small amount of juice,seal the foil,heat barbecue for 10 minutes,one with a lid,place fish at low temperature for fifteen minutes,remove add salt and a little more black pepper,and have a cilinary orgasm
