another way applies to really any fish,1 stubbie carlton draught ,pour into blender,add 1/2 chili,small one,2 tea spoon horse raddish,plenty black pepper,pour into bowl,lay fish in bowl 45 minutes,while it is brewing,mix flour onion powder to taste,and beer after the 45 minutes,so it has that fishy taste and blend until you have a light batter,pour oil into deep fryer,heat,dip your fish into batter,and add to deep fryer,just a couple of minutes till batter is light and crunchy,serve with a light sprinkle of lime or lemon,spicy and scrumpous
