Investor..- if a client walked into my practice, needless to say , much i mean very much more information on his/their circumstances would be required on a fact find- (over 75 possible questions designed to elicit in full)
however, posts 658,662,663 & 664 all have good info, IMHO, for circumstances like these particular people have-
I am A fullon Bear property right now, & consider we are only 1/3rd the way thru this bubble pop- major departure from what could be described as the normal RE cycle...so caution, extreme is required on these, case by case posi's.. and, one big thing i have picked up from the HC site in 12 months or so,regardless of Bear-V Bull stuff which is really just side -play, is - due diligance, preparation & research, also that RE in Aus is , after all, so very Unique in itself....
