    Each to their own, property is a falling asset and so is paper money,i sold my house in 2006 and put the money into gold and silver and its worked for me so far.Do the research and have the balls to follow it thru and dont listen to the noise or youll be renting for ever.Ill probably hit the market in about 2-3years IMO
