The fact it is worth more now than the lows of 2008 which was lower than 2007 and 2011 meant he got a steal .

I can quote properties in Melbourne that have fallen more than 50% in doom times plus Ireland and USA have plenty at that figure as well . But they were top end stuff with a lot less buyers in that market . I can't see a good unit in that local falling 70% from current value .

But your right one should never say never and I shouldn't of said any unit falling that low , there are some crap unit complex's in aussie .
