Hi Stocks,

A good thing to look at asap on the Report is the Outlook and Guidance section.

I don't care too much about the rearview mirror, it's what is ahead.

Compare FY09 CHC and CMW for example. Very similar REITs in terms of focus, size, business model. Very different FY10 outlook, earnings and distributions per unit.

If outlook statements from MD/CEO are bullish, guidance is there and yeild looks high and PE low then that will help push SP as soon as punters have read it - often a matter of minutes after the release (obviously reverse is true).

In FKP's case there is also corporate predator activity and media comments can boost the speculation component.

Just my thoughts.
