"Notification of Record Date for SPP
As previously advised Macquarie Airports intends to implement a Security Purchase
Plan (SPP) offer of $5,000 worth of MAp securities per security holder at the price of
A$2.78 (subject to regulatory constraints).
MAp also advises that the right to participate in the SPP is conferred on eligible
security holders on the MAp register as at 15 November 2004. This includes eligible
securities who purchased their securities on or before 9 November 2004.
The proceeds of the SPP will provide MAp with the flexibility to take advantage of
acquisition opportunities that may arise in the near to medium term."
