    I'm a little confused.
Skardon River is a kaolin mine and processing plant, with a few problems, designed and built to sell some marketable product. The equipment on site-most of it- is necessary to produce a product, whatever product, because the flowsheet is generally the same.

Kaolin plant is very specific to processing kaolin and generally has little use or value for most other industrial minerals. If sold/diposed of,the cost to dismantle/pack/ship/re-assemble is unviable compared to a new or rebuilt unit with assembly guarantees. Remember the Weipa plant-that was mostly junked. So what can be sold off?

Please correct me if I am wrong, but it appears that we have a kaolin plant (1) being resurrected by Minerals Corp to start yet again, (2) Gulf Alumina has rights to mine bauxite over the SKR lease, and (3),Gulf Mines are going to buy the lot!! Do we have three dogs fighting over the same bone?
