help please

I have previously held DLS. Most recently bought at 6.9c when fifty well programme was first announced back in Dec 2005 and sold out at 19c mid year. I have believed DLS to be a solid company that has good fundamentals but have not researched it for a while. I was wondering if anyone could kindly inform me if that share placement at 9c that was proposed is still happening now? Is share placement going to occur now to finance further development of tintaburra rather than the financing facility as this will certainly dilute the share price considerably?
