The proposed share placement at 9c is cancelled due overwheming objection from shareholders. Dixon and ohter new directors are coming in the board. I think Armstrong is leaving. DLS is borrowing 18m to fund the next phase of drilling. 2 well plan for 2007 , Marina and turtle / barnett and farm out in discussion. Positive cash flow 5m 2006.
