According to an article published on the AFR dated 19/02/2007, I think there are 3 possible reasons that contribute to the rise of MLX:
1. The record Tin price.
2. The restart of Renison Tin mine in Tasmania.
3. The prefeasibility study of mining at Wingelina nickel mine.
