I have not dismissed the managing agent but I assume our agreement ended with settlement but have not asked that question in case they totally ignore my calls - as it is, they do not return calls. I did get to finally speak with them today after many calls and also after talking to the department of Fair of Trading who informed me that the managing agent should have instigated action after 14 days of non-payment of rent. The managing agent still insists not to take action until the tenant vacates, which is in 2 weeks. I am so disappointed with both our managing agent and our selling agent and will never buy property again - it has been a disaster from beginning to end.
