Well that's the thing - but what do I do, how do I go about recovering the interest payment? The only other experience I have regarding property is when we bought our own house and we were paid half the interst on our deposit. If the agent is not paying this to his vendors due to their ignorance then he really is making a lot on the side and surely this is not legal.
