I'm hoping someone might be able to act as a go between, between the company and myself, ie someone who speaks directly to the company on a fairly regular basis.

Having read the latest announcements, the directors are going to vote in favour of this deal.

However reading between the lines, it would appear that they have not yet found something else worth purchasing with the sale proceeds even although they have had quite some time to find such a suitable purchase.

I obviously don't want to say to much at this stage, but I happen to have found something in the last few days that might be of real interest to them.

However that depends on where they are looking to focus the company's activities going forward,

ie are they wanting to stay in the Permian Basin full stop?

No but its there preferred location??

They want to stay in Texas?

Want to stay in unconventional shale plays? etc

So if anyone can find out the answer officially it would be appreciated.
