Back when I was still building some Asian gyprockers told me that the Asian heroin dealers in Sydney used to go into starcity with piles of cash and change it for chips then play the tables a bit, lose a bit, have some lunch then cash in their chips and get a receipt, if it was ever looked at they just said they won the money at the casino here’s the receipt. This was about 20 years ago.
