You have "consolidated" my thoughts. I wasn't sure, but was working towards that strategy. The floods and cyclone should see a massive injection into the economy (unfortunately the Victorians and Queenslanders paid the price - in some tragic cases the ultimate price)during the rebuilding process.

The other consideration is the current yield ratio - at this price worth the buy on its own - with, as you say, growth potential looking good.
