help with accounting where is the cash

I know its late and my head must not be clear, but after going over the latest WRL Quarterly report, I am having a lot of trouble..........finding the cash..........

First the company reported about $3.2 million cash on hand at the end of March.

They said they sold some NTU options for about $1.8 million, had a placement for $1.1 million, had some options cash come in, had costs of $605,000.........but ended up with only $3.8 million in cash...............

To me it looks like the cash from the sale of the NTU options never made it on to the company books........

Does this mean that they haven't got the cash from the sale yet?
