Benox it might be worth waiting to see if new regulations are implemented before opening an acct . Guessing some will fall over or have to make major changes to how they operate .
I think IG markets is one of the safest but like all cfd providers [which aren't brokers ] they will enjoy taking your cash .
Make sure u read the pds carefully and whatever u do don't join one which says your money is at risk if their hedger defaults , or one which uses your cash to hedge their position or use your money in their business .
