help with hotmail/outlook

G'day,

Wondering if anyine can help me here.

I have a hotmail email address that I access through Outlook, rather than web. I have had this set up for a couple of years and it works fine.

Now, the account gets too much spam and I have set up another hotmail email account. I want to access it from outlook express also. I have set it up in outlook express as described by msoft. When I try to access it in outlook the first time it asks me if I want to download the list of folders to which I answer Yes. It then sits there for several minutes (indicating that it is downloading) and finally exits with an "unknown error"

Any clues?
