    I think most of the answers here are incorrect.

    If the bid is .145 and the offer is .15, then if you see trades executing at .1475, it is likely due to a institutional-only order type / "dark" market called "Centre-Point" that is ran by the ASX. In this market, participants place an order as a "CP' order type - any matching buy/sell volumes of CP order types at any point in time will match / execute at the current bid/ask mid-point price. CP orders are not shown in the the order book / depth for any given security - hence why it's called a "dark" market.

    No "regular" limit order, or market order, will match with the any orders in the Centre-Point market. Only other CP orders can match with each other. So this market has no impact on the general "lit" market, other than adding extra liquidity for insto trading where both sides effectively agree to give up half of the buy/sell spread to each other.
