Was with TPG for 10+ years with ADSL and always continued to stay with them as we moved from rental to rental. When the NBN came TPG was more expensive than Exetel (+$10) for the same deal. Was happy to stay with TPG if they matched the price... they didn't. So gave them the bird.
So 3 yrs ago switched from ADSL with TPG to Exetel NBN. Like TPG, I have never needed to ring Exetel for any issues. Both fantastic providers.
100GB for 29.99 per month on a 12/1 plan does me perfectly. Not sure if that plan is available any more as that was the special going around when NBN was closing down in our area. We switched 1 week prior to the ADSL being cut off.
