Ring the registry and ask them the date the shares you sold were removed from your hin or srn, they should have this information. You may even be able to look it up on the internet.

The srn and hin will be on your contract note or last holding statement.

Eventually this will become aparent when your holding statement is issued, it will show the date of change, at the end of month but this will be too late.
