What would you do to invest this money ?
A oldie neighbour of my just got AUD$60,000.00 from work and asked me where would be the best place to invest it in without have to be monitoring it constantly.
He doesn't want to invest in property. Also not in directly shares because he doesn't trust it and thinks he will lose money but, he said he would be happy in putting some on one or two of the following :
-Term Deposit
- Debentures
- Managed Funds
- Superannuation
Well, I've had a quick look at BankWest Direct for Term Deposit and GR Finance for Debentures but still don't know what is better for him...i've told him to consult a financial adviser also....
Can anyone help here and give your thoughts on this one ?
