There is no rule - on any investment forum including HotCopper - that a poster cannot ask questions in good faith about what is the EBITDA of the company's future business likely to be. There is no rule that the poster has to create this number - or research it from other sources - and report it to others.
Your line of thinking is bureaucratic and extremely destructive to open and mature conversation about any investment. You are trying to squash conversation about relevant facts, and you are making up rules that don't exist to do it.
