If you check the LME site the Co prices are $US80,000/tonne cash and the same for 3 month and 15 month forwards.
The Li price you quote is for 99% Li2CO3. The spodumene product is produced at 6% Li2O as a feedstock for the carbonate.
Experience shows that end users will stimulate as much production as possible with sweet upfront contracts to ensure they regain control of the market. Not that miners need much encouragement.
No problem with Li - the spodumene is pervasive - just add money for a plant.
Co is more limited in occurrence outside low concentrations in lateritic Ni ores.
