You do have a fair point JB RE:options issued, but we have been hiring some top quality management recently, and you'd have to assume that with the top quality management you'd have to pay top dollar, or in this case issue lots of options! It should be worth it in the end, management have done a very good job of what could've ended up with this company bankrupt and a shareholder return of nothing! I agree that they are being rewarded well, but other companys can have even stranger agreements, such as GUF with it's 20 million dollar reward for every 100 million tonnes of coal it finds, now THATS a BIG FAT CHEQUE. In conclusion JB it's all relative, I'm willing to accept high rewards for management as long as they keep achieving results.
