    With the benefit of hindsight CS Energy probably wishes they did build a UCG pwr station in partnership with Linc. The 750 MW Kogan Creek has been a massive flop. At least if they did go ahead with Linc they would have been able to blame them somehow!!!! Looks good for the CAT but!!!!
